This has to be one of my favorite photo shoots in recent memory in spite of the foggy, COLD weather (I think the high this day in Boulder was 19 degrees). We had originally planned to shoot at the iconic Flatirons, but when we got to the park, you couldn’t even see the mountains. Enter plan B. We decided to head up Boulder Canyon to some of the hiking trails just off the road and the winter scenery ended up being the perfect location for these two. They had each other to keep warm and I love how cozy they look together. Needless to say, I think the canyon will look (and feel!) quite a bit different when they get married at the Wedgewood in July.
