I recently had the pleasure of photographing dear friends (and previous wedding clients…you can see their beautiful wedding here) and their two dogs, Pete and Ted, during a weekend stay up in the mountains of Colorado. Their oldest dog, Pete, has had some health struggles as of late and they wanted to document this moment in their lives. It was such a beautiful thing! I hope more and more of my clients elect to do shoots like this just because! We often wait until the big moments in life for a photo shoot, but I would argue that any time is a good time for photos!
