I’m totally partial to historic LoDo loft conversions in Downtown Denver….because I live in one! It is so fun for me to not only visit these historic properties and hear about their history, I love seeing what my designer clients ca do with them! This loft has amazing views of downtown and Union Station, but is surprisingly warm and welcoming for an urban condo. I love the wood, clean slate tile and amazing black waterfall countertops contrasted against the modern white cupboards.
