It might be almost mid-May, but here in Colorado that still means snow. I guess it’s appropriate that I share this beautiful winter engagement shoot at Sapphire Point overlooking Lake Dillon I shot in March. Colorado is such a great place to take pictures and it’s one of my favorite places to visit. What better place to get engaged, or even better, married! It’s all so romantic and beautiful.
Hannah and Geoff are getting married on top of Vail mountain next summer and I couldn’t be more excited! The wedding dress is going to look fab with the snow in the backgroun! They’re going to be staying in the area for around a week and it’s going to be amazing. Hannah has apparently booked a stay in a couple of Vail Colorado Resorts and I’ve seen the photos -it looks gorgeous. They’ve got pretty much everything sorted for the wedding already, which is great news. They’ve found caterers, cake makers and she’s even bought her wedding dress. Weddings just make me so excited and happy – I love my job so much! The wedding has been planned for a while and I’m already thinking about the pictures I can take of them on their big day – yay! I have known Hannah and her family for seven years now and it is going to be so fun photographing her big day! These two are absolutely adorable and so fun to shoot! They even brought their adorable watchdog Mad (short for Mac n Cheese!) on the shoot and we were able to get some beautiful sunset engagement photos for them.
